This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules governing use of Rezora's services, including FloChat and any custom automation solutions. By using our services you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Permitted Uses
Our services may be used for legitimate business purposes including:
- Automating customer communications for your own business
- Booking and scheduling management
- Lead qualification and customer support
- Internal workflow automation
2. Prohibited Uses
You must not use our services to:
- Spam or unsolicited messaging — send bulk unsolicited commercial messages or violate messaging platform anti-spam policies
- Illegal activities — engage in or facilitate any activity that violates applicable law or regulation
- Harassment — harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
- Impersonation — misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or pretend to be another person or organisation
- Fraud — engage in deceptive or fraudulent practices
- Misinformation — deliberately spread false or misleading information
- Malware — distribute viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Platform abuse — circumvent or violate the terms of Meta, Google, Telegram, Stripe, or any integrated third-party platform
- Illegal data collection — collect personal data without lawful basis or proper disclosures
- Unlicensed regulated activity — conduct financial services, healthcare services, or other regulated activities without the required licences
- Resale — resell or sublicense access to our services without written authorisation
- System abuse — attempt to overload, disrupt, or probe our systems for vulnerabilities
- Hate speech — create or distribute content promoting discrimination, hatred, or violence based on protected characteristics
- CSAM — create, transmit, or store any child sexual abuse material — we report all such instances to relevant authorities
3. Content Standards
All content processed through our platform must:
- Comply with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions in which you operate
- Not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Not contain defamatory, obscene, or offensive material
- Not violate the community standards of integrated platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
4. AI Usage Responsibility
Where our services utilise AI language models (including GPT-4, Claude, Groq), you are responsible for:
- Reviewing AI-generated content before deployment where appropriate
- Ensuring AI responses are accurate for your specific use case
- Disclosing to end users when they are interacting with AI (where required by law)
- Not using AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor usage for compliance with this AUP. If we determine you have violated this policy we may, at our discretion:
- Issue a warning
- Temporarily suspend your account
- Permanently terminate your account without refund
- Report violations to relevant authorities or platform partners
6. Reporting Violations
If you believe someone is violating this AUP, please report it to hello@rezora.tech with as much detail as possible.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
